Find out what warehouse an item came out of?

From the Account Info tab, type in your invoice number (The invoice number can be found on the order search page) and click “Start Search”. Once the items are displayed on your screen, you can click on the line number.

 

 

The warehouse shipping that invoice will be shown on the detail page. All of the items on that invoice will ship out of the same warehouse.

Change my password on Netstore?

 

Sign onto your account. Click “My Account” on the left. Select “Change Password” from the tabs. Type your old password and your new password twice. Click “OK” We have had some reports of the screen going dead, but when you sign back on, your new password will be in effect.

I forgot my password on Netstore and need you to send it?

 

On Netstore home page, click the sign on link. Then click “Forgot user ID or password?” Type in your e-mail address in the block provided and click “Submit request” Your e-mail address must match what we have on file for you. In order for you to check what is on file with us, click “My Account” once you are signed on and then you see your E-mail address. You may change it if you wish. If your account has been locked out, then click here and contact the appropriate person.

Have you ship a part to my customer and send me the invoice?

 

Once you have added the item(s), click the Order Entry tab at the top of the page and then click . Fill in the blocks of where you want the item to go and click “Accept” We will ship the part to your customer and send the invoice to you. There is a $9.50 charge for this. (Other restrictions may apply, please see the ship to page for current info) If you have an e-mail address on file, the computer will e-mail the invoice, if not; we will mail the invoice to you.

Find an order I started but haven’t closed?

 

Go to Order Entry and then Interrupted Orders. This will show all orders you have keyed but haven’t closed. Click on the word “Edit” and it will bring it back to your screen. From there you can close, change, delete, etc.

Search for parts by numbers and descriptions?

 

Go to Product Search and type a portion of the part number in asterisks on both ends and a portion of the description in asterisks and click on “Start Search” This will show you all part numbers that contain the description. Example: All of the belts that contain 24. Your description should be in CAPS as most of our descriptions are in CAPS. Be patient as we have to check our entire file for your criteria.

Check my backorders

 

Go to the Order Search tab and change the status to “Backordered” and then press “Start Search”  This will show you all of your backorders with Reliable Parts.

Sign up for free Illustrated Research

 

Once you have an account with Reliable Parts, we will set you up automatically. If you are not set up, you can request to be set up. Click the link for Partlinx. Click Register and fill out the form. Once approved, the link for Partlinx will be on your home page under “Online Illustrated Research” You will no longer have to remember your user ID and password for Partlinx.

Add your customer’s information so it will print on your invoice?

 

Go to Order Entry, click Add Products and under Shipment Marking, you can type whatever you want to show up below that item on your invoice. This information will always remain in your history as well.

E-mail yourself a copy of an invoice?

 

Go to Account Info, type in your invoice number and click start search. Click on  and either select an address on file, or type in a new one. (Note: typing a new one will not add it to the file, please e-mail webmaster to add any new e-mail address's to your account.)
